Terms and Conditions for Short-Term Rental Apartments

1. Reservation and Guest Information:

  • Guests are required to provide their identity information in advance.
  • City tax of €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, applies to bookings through all channels.
  • By reserving with us, guests accept the sharing of their identity data to comply with local laws, including mandatory communication of their stay to the service of Boarders and Foreigners as required in all of Europe for licensed short-term rental stays.

2. Longer Stays and Cleaning:

  • Stays exceeding 7 days will incur an additional cleaning fee of €55 per 7 days, including bed sheets and towels changes.
  • Amenities will not be replaced unless an extra cleaning is requested.

3. Security and Liability:

  • We do not take responsibility for valuables or items left in the apartment during extra cleaning days.
  • Guests checking out and leaving luggage behind do so at their own risk.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the apartment during their stay.

4. Check-Out and Check-In:

  • Check-out time is at a maximum of 11 AM.
  • Check-ins are free if arranged with a minimum of 48 hours in advance to receive the access code.
  • Early check-ins may be authorized based on availability and must be requested at least two days before arrival. Availability depends on guest check-out schedules.

5. House Rules:

  • No parties, no smoking, and no pets are allowed.
  • Guests are expected to adhere to house rules provided upon check-in.
  • Violation of house rules may result in eviction without refund.

6. Access Codes and Operational Hours:

  • Guests will receive access codes via email.
  • Codes are functional from 15:00 on the day of check-in until the check-out time.

7. Luggage Storage:

  • We do not provide on-site luggage storage facilities.
  • Guests are encouraged to explore online options for luggage storage in the city.
  • Refer to the apartment manual received via email for more information.

8. Compliance:

  • Guests are expected to comply with local laws and regulations.

9. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal.
